Job Description: Social Media & Public Relations Coordinator

Full-Time | Hybrid Work Environment

• Coordinate and manage client accounts

• Establish a strategic monthly plan based on key promotions and deadlines

• Create content calendars and write original copy

• Curate imagery and video content on-site with clients

• Edit imagery to match the client's brand aesthetic

• Develop compelling video content to use across multiple platforms

• Design branded content i.e. Instagram Stories, Marketing Materials, Flyers

• Conceptualize and execute strategic content ideas and schedules

• Responsible for reporting analytics for accounts

• Create and implement advertising campaigns on social media channels and manage an

advertising budget with guidance

• Monitoring and engage in online conversations with audience, including responding to

questions and comments; coverage on nights, weekends, and holidays on occasion will

be expected

• Write Press Pitches, Email Blasts and website copy

• Assist in influencer outreach and scheduling

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2+ years experience in social media management and/or social media marketing

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• Extensive knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant social

media networks

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, Yelp

• Background in creative development, social media analytics tools, and campaign

analysis

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projects

• Professional written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, positive, helpful disposition, enthusiasm for work and flexibility
